Find the help you need

The studio has two photo slots and a preset Hotel Lobby performance template. Sign in with Google, purchase credits and generate your duo video. Start with the creation guide for a complete walkthrough, or jump to a topic below.

Choosing and opening photos

Which image files can I use?

Choose a JPG, PNG, or WebP image, up to 10 MB per photo. Add one image to each performer slot. HEIC, GIF, PDF, and video files are not accepted; export a supported still image first using your device’s photo app.

Why will my photo not open?

Check the file format and size, and make sure the image opens in your device’s photo viewer. A renamed file extension does not convert the image. Export a fresh JPG or PNG if the file is empty, damaged, or in an unsupported format, then choose it again in the studio.

How do I get a clearer preview?

Use one clearly visible subject per image, with even lighting and room around the head and shoulders. Similar framing helps the two subjects sit together naturally. The studio displays thumbnails before submission. The provider determines whether a request can produce a video.

Can I change or remove a photo?

Choose another image from the performer slot or use its remove button. You can also swap the two photos to change their performer assignments. The performance template is preset.

Generation availability

What happens when I click Generate?

After sign-in and a balance check, progress appears immediately. Both photos are validated and saved privately with an account-owned task. The studio reserves 50 credits and submits the request through APIMart for AI video generation. It follows review and generation, restores the original reference audio and displays the finished result. Definite failures return the reserved credits.

Can I choose a stage, prompt, or video length?

The studio uses a preset Hotel Lobby performance template. You only need to select the two performer photos.

Why is there no download?

A download appears only after the provider returns a completed video. A pending or failed task has no finished video to download. Gallery clips are reference examples.

Does stopping the wait cancel my task?

No. It pauses browser polling, while an already submitted provider task can continue. Resume waiting to follow the existing job. The browser remembers its task ID for the current session; resuming does not automatically create another generation.

Accounts, credits, and payments

Do I need an account or a creator pass?

No account, creator pass, or payment is needed to select photos or browse reference clips. Sign in with Google to buy credits through Dodo Payments and generate a video. Your account menu shows the available balance. Each video reserves 50 credits; a definite generation failure returns them.

Can I pay for a full AI video here?

Pack buttons open secure Dodo Payments checkout directly. Google sign-in is required. Verified payment adds credits to your account; the payment return page shows confirmation and your balance. You can browse the reference gallery and prepare your two photos.

What if I have a billing or refund question?

For a Dodo payment, use the support options on your receipt. If you have a charge or an order from another service, check the merchant named on your receipt and use that merchant’s official support channel. This site is independent of migos-aivideo.com and cannot access another service’s purchases, subscriptions, or refunds.

Photo privacy

Are my photos uploaded?

Selecting an image displays it locally in your browser. Clicking Generate sends both files to the server. The studio stores inputs privately and submits the photos to APIMart. Inputs and jobs have no automatic expiry; provider copies follow APIMart's retention behavior. The public reference videos and posters in the gallery are separate files served by the site; they were sourced from migos-aivideo.com and Media.io and were not generated from your photos. See the privacy policy for details.

Can I recover my photo selections after closing the page?

There is no online project library or photo-selection backup. Retain your original photos. Browser session storage keeps an account-specific task ID for following an existing job after a refresh. Sign in with the same account to resume it. This does not restore photo selections.

Troubleshooting a problem

  1. Note the exact error message and the action that caused it. Check the photo formats and confirm that both performer slots are filled.
  2. Follow the existing task status instead of creating another job while a provider task is pending. A provider policy rejection is a failed job, not a successful render.
  3. For a file validation error, open each photo in your device’s image viewer. Export a fresh JPG or PNG if needed, then select it again.
  4. For a missing demo or page, check your connection and reload once. Note that refreshing clears your current photo selections.

What information should I collect?

Keep the page URL, date and time, browser and version, device and operating system, exact error, and steps to reproduce it. Include the image format and size. A screenshot with personal details hidden can help document the problem; do not include payment details, passwords, or private photos.

A direct support messaging channel has not been connected in this version. These steps and the creation guide cover the current studio workflow. Learn more about the project on the about page.
